Before using a new ASUS A7M Battery, it must to take over 12-14 hours to fully charge it(These is no problem to over-charge it).
A new ASUS A7M Battery comes in a discharged condition must be charged before use (refer to the devices manual for charging instructions). Upon initial use (or after a long storage period), this ASUS A7M Battery may require two to three charge/discharge cycles before achieving maximum capacity.
If you don't use your ASUS A7M battery for a long period, we recommend storing ASUS A7M battery in a clean, dry, cool place away from heat and metal objects. And it is important to condition (fully discharge and then fully charge) the ASUS A7M Battery every 2-3 weeks.
